Products in stock can be shipped right away. Color selection may vary according to availability and we will indicate which color is available when we send you a company generated invoice.

Items not in stock may be pre-ordered and usually will take 40-50 days to manufacture and ready for delivery or pick up. Pre-ordered items may be customized to customer's color selection. Contact us for more information about customization.

Customers wanting to return items must return the unused product using their original packaging within 7 days after receipt. All Resort Central water recreational items have a limited manufacturer's warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase against factory related defects.

For warranty repair request we will ask for pictures of your defective items and our Returns Department will confirm the damge reason. Upon review you will receive submission for repair instructions, merchandise credit, or refund according to our findings. Customers will need to bare the cost of shipping to our nearest repair center and we will ship back the repaired items at no extra charge.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service or sea freight, and generally will arrive in 7-10 business days. Customers may opt for pick up at the nearest sea port or door to door. Final delivery charges will be calculated according to region and size of order and will be indicated at check out. Alternatively customers may pick up at our warehouse in Cavite at no additional charge.

We will start the order and delivery process once we confrm payment via attached deposit slip on the order form or via online payment.
